If you think this is an ordinary sushi restaurant, then you are totally wrong. The train is the main attraction of this eatery; the sushi chef places freshly-made sushi on the train for customers to pick what they like. The restaurant's owner, Mr Alan, had previously worked in a Japanese restaurant and is very experienced in sushi preparation.
